Arctic Cranberries in a Lang Vase
Title
Arctic Cranberries in a Lang Vase
Vaccinium vitisideaea minus Loddiges
Description
Vaccinium vitisidaea minus Loddiges, or Arctic Cranberries in a Lang Vase depicts a vase holding three stems of arctic cranberries. The vase itself is bluish gray with turquoise glaze dripped down its the neck. It floats against the background placed slightly left of the center of the canvas. The cranberries are lost on the painted background, because they are so delicately painted. The background has white, red, and gray strokes of color.
