Title

Parrots in a Snow Storm

Subject

Two parrots sitting on branches are heavily covered over with white paint. They appear to have been first painted with blue, red, and yellow and then had multiple layers of white paint applied with a palette knife. Some color shows through the white pigment. The white paint is heavily applied, rising off the canvas as much as a centimeter in some areas.
